I was bornhere.
A Lac-Simon native, I know the lakes of the Petite-Nation, and what buyers from the city don’t know yet.

No two lakesare the same
A cottage isn’t a city house with a better view. Every lake has its quirks, and a property with no town water or sewer is a whole other world.
I grew up there. I serve the municipalities of the Petite-Nation and the Outaouais, and I’ll tell you what I know before you sign.
- Cottages, houses and land
- Lakes, towns and access
- Second home or for good
Where I work
Some of the 22 municipalities I serve, from Gatineau to the far end of the Petite-Nation.

What I checkwith you
Claire and Georges bought a house with no town water or sewer, a world that was completely new to them. Here’s what we look at together.
- The well and the water
- The septic system
- Lake access and road maintenance, year-round or not
- Town and lake regulations
- The lake’s own quirks
- Resale, here too
Your inspector, your notary and the town have the last word. I make sure you ask the right questions.

“Dominique knows the area and the particularities of the different lakes very well.”
Cottage questions
Which municipalities do you serve?
22 in all: Gatineau (Aylmer, Buckingham, Hull), Boileau, Cayamant, Chénéville, Duhamel, Duhamel-Ouest, Fassett, L’Ange-Gardien, Lac-des-Plages, Lac-Simon, Montebello, Montpellier, Namur, Ripon, Saint-André-Avellin, Saint-Sixte, Thurso, Val-des-Bois and Val-des-Monts.
I’ve never had a well or a septic system. Is it complicated?
It’s a different world, but you learn it. I’ll explain what to look at, and the inspector completes the picture.
Can I buy land to build on later?
Yes. We look at what the town allows before making an offer.
